BOOKING CONDITIONS
GUARANTEED ROOM RESERVATION
Payment must be received before the arrival date for guaranteed your room reservation. Group booking payment must be received 2 (two) weeks before the arrival date or could be transferred by bank.
Non-Guaranteed bookings will only be held until 02.00 pm of the arrival date, and 2 ( two ) weeks before the arrival date for group booking.
CANCELLATION
No cancellation or changes.
Alia Hotels do not accept cancellation or changes to bookings.
Refunds are not available.
NO SHOW
Should there be a "no show" on the scheduled date of arrival all confirmed reservations, one night room charge will apply.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Room rates change every December 30-31 ( new year's eve rate ).
The room rate included of buffet breakfast.
Check-in time is at 2 PM and check-out time at 12:00 noon.
Only married couple will be accepted to stay in the same room.
Children below 12 years old free sharing room with parents.
Shuttle Airport transfer is not available.
